"Coinciding with both the new season of “Emily in Paris” and the Summer Olympics, the downtown cocktail bar will be transformed into a Parisian cafe featuring neon signs, scaled-down Eiffel Towers, and chic new cocktails. First up is the “Ringarde” (Lillet, Italicus, Del Maguey, Pernod rinse), followed by “The Sylvie” (dry vermouth, Lillet Rouge, Blue Swift Martell cognac, and orange blossom water). Morris will also be hosting French food activations until the end of summer, and its 15-foot projector screen will broadcast both the Olympic games and “Emily in Paris” episodes. The pop-up runs until November." - Vinciane Ngomsi, Tierney Plumb
