"A few years ago, it would’ve been nearly impossible to find good coffee this far north, let alone coffee roasted in-house in a space this thoughtfully built. Webe pulls it off: The cafe gets great light throughout the day, with soft wood tones, fresh flowers on the tables, and a roaster humming just behind the bar. The shop takes its coffee seriously, but never in an overwhelming way — find drinks like a citrus mint cold brew and Koyto Summer, a matcha latte with blueberry puree. Pastries come from Mark Chacón, one of the best bakers in town, and there’s usually a stellar lineup of beans to take home." - McConnell Quinn
