"Opening this October at Westfield Century City, this Japanese bakery makes its Southern California debut with a much-coveted cream cheese tartlet not widely available locally. The signature tart is crafted from a blend of Hokkaido and French cheeses, features a double-baked crust that stays crisp to hold a luxurious cheese mousse filling, and is shipped frozen to be freshly baked in store. The Century City outlet will have a sleek, minimalist interior similar to its Asian locations and an expanded LA menu with additional tart flavors (chocolate, strawberry, matcha), plus soft-serve ice cream and beverages.
