"Mississippi’s newest wine bar, Stem, will host a special multi-course Valentine’s Day dinner drawing from owner Wei-En Tan’s Singaporean heritage. A collaboration Sibeiho, the dinner includes Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan cuisine, with wine pairings selected by Stem’s staff, all out on the covered and heated patio.
