"I found that Neuman replaced his U Street NW hub with Butters’ Burgers, a simpler burger bar focused on ground brisket patties and a few specialty burgers topped with smoked meats; it rolled out earlier this month for delivery via Uber Eats and will offer its full burger bar menu at Solly’s once Sloppy Mama’s opens in Quarter Market. The concept uses prime beef and house-made sausage like Sloppy Mama’s, and early favorites include “The Classic” (single- or double-stacked with grilled onion and special sauce), “The MVA” (a bratwurst-style patty with spicy beer mustard and Chow-Chow relish), and the “Western Bacon Chee” (topped with smoked brisket, bacon jam, shaved onions, pickles, and Kansas City barbecue sauce). Butters’ also offers a fried chicken thigh sandwich, a vegetarian Impossible Burger with special sauce, sweet pickle, arugula, and shaved sweet onions, and sides of fries are included in orders priced $13–$17." - Tim Ebner
