"Chic Downtown Houston restaurant from superstar chef Chris Cosentino is reopening after being closed for more than a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic; it originally opened in 2019 to rave reviews before shuttering months later. The relaunch is scheduled for Wednesday, September 15, with Jacob Coronado — formerly chef de cuisine at Montrose favorite Nobie’s — taking over the kitchen. Coronado will serve beloved dishes such as blue crab manicotti, rigatoni lacquered in Texas wild boar ragu, and a wild mushroom pizza topped with mozzarella and pecorino. The previous chef, Sasha Grumman, departed prior to filming season 18 of Bravo’s Top Chef and is now working as a chef-in-residence at Villa Lena in Tuscany. Starting September 15 the restaurant will be open daily for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m." - Amy McCarthy
