"I've observed that Noon Mediterranean, a fast-casual Mediterranean chain from Texas that expanded to Boston in 2016, has run into trouble: after filing for bankruptcy protection it shuttered two of its three Boston outposts in August, leaving only its Financial District restaurant at 95 Summer St. in operation. That location is set to convert to Daphne’s Mediterranean in April with a grand reopening once the roughly weeklong conversion is complete; the company says it will retain existing staff and keep elements of Noon’s menu—most notably its build-your-own entrees—alongside Daphne’s dishes such as gyro plates and falafel platters." - Dana Hatic
