The menu includes new-school sushi and izakaya items such as sushi, nigiri, sashimi, and unique dishes like hanabi and the Waterloo Ichi roll. The restaurant also offers a variety of drinks, including sakes, Japanese beers, whiskys, wines, and cocktails.
