"Those craving Italian can enjoy a five course menu for $174 to enjoy indoors or outdoors with two seatings; the first from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and the second 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Start off with an amuse bouche of shrimp gazpacho with caviar and lemon air followed by a choice of either lobster paired with green apple, crème fraiche, peas, and smoked trout caviar, or cheese fondue with yolk and mushroom ravioli and topped with Perigord truffle. Next up is a pasta dish with Acquerello rice, bisque, shrimp and lemon confit, plus main options of black grouper with endive, sea colors sauce and sorrel, or beef with burnt eggplant, bell pepper, royal trumpet and truffle sauce. Rounding out the meal is a honey and white chocolate burnt meringue for dessert. Reservations are required as seating is limited." - Stacy A. Moya
