"The Union Market district’s Michelin-rated Colombian marvel boasts two tasting menus, a chef’s choice for $178 that includes specialties like the Tree of Life, a cassava bread served atop a bronze tree sculpture, and an extensive $289 option called The Experience. Either tasting menu can be adjusted to be vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free with at least 24 hours notice. There’s also a la carte plates that can be shared at the illuminated, seven-seat bar.
