"Tanoreen, a trailblazing Palestinian restaurant that has been a staple of Bay Ridge for 26 years, is expanding for the first time. Rawia and Jumana Bishara, the mother-daughter owners, will open a fast-casual version of Tanoreen at the Time Out Market food hall in Dumbo on November 21, which first opened on the waterfront in 2019.
