Trevail Thomas focuses on a soft, flavorful Italian ice—non-dairy, vegan, and gluten-free—that she likens to if ice cream and sno-balls had a baby; it’s served in soft scoops and avoids being overly sweet. The shop offers 31 flavors (not including sugar-free options) that can all be combined or “swirled” into endless pairings; Thomas’s favorite is piña colada and the top seller is the Sunset NOLA (strawberry-mango), while local favorites include strawberry shortcake and wedding cake (almond and cupcake).
