A tasting here may involve organically grown chardonnay, a blend of skin contact viognier and riesling, or some gorgeous Dundee Hills pinot noir, all of which are made by embracing wild yeast fermentation. Sit and drink among the bountiful wildflowers next to the vineyards, with views of both the river and Mount Hood.
