"Precinct Kitchen & Bar is transforming its sizable patio and interior restaurant space into a Stranger Things-themed venue for Halloween. The patio, an oasis sunken below street level, will feature arcade games, themed specials like 'Justice for Barb' cocktails, Snack Pack desserts, and Eggo waffles.
