Le Bristol Hotel in Paris Has a Hidden Chocolate Factory

"An on-site workshop and shop dedicated to artisanal food production, housing a mill that produces house-made bread from freshly milled wheat and bespoke sourdough starters, a climate-controlled cheese cave maturing comté, chèvre, camembert and other fine cheeses, a small chocolate factory turning out thousands of pralines weekly using grand cru cacao varieties, and a pasta laboratory; it also connects to an impressive wine cellar and sells many of these handcrafted goods to visitors and guests." - Stacey Leasca
