"Chef Maycoll Calderón’s takeover of the restaurant inside the Standard, East Village, delivers a coastal-Mexican, seafood-heavy menu where a yellowfin-tuna tostada is a standout; I also liked a $9 beef taco on a flour tortilla topped with a crisp layer of Chihuahua cheese cradling grilled slices of Wagyu.
