In the Bronx, a Tour of Little Yemen
"In 2013, a second and much larger restaurant named Oasis opened across the street. Along with the dining room, there are wedding halls for men and women, designed to look like they would in Yemen. The expansive menu features hamburgers alongside Lebanese dishes like arayes, which is grilled pita stuffed with minced meat, and Yemeni dishes, including galabah, a dish of minced lamb with tomatoes and onions." - Chris Crowley
