"The popular "Charrua Bravo" is a very big steak sandwich served on a kaiser roll and piled with skirt steak for about $18; although it wasn’t cooked medium-rare as requested, the meat arrived steaming and juicy, and the chimichurri melded well without being overly garlicky. The steak could be sliced more carefully, as current cuts make it a bit awkward to eat, but the overall sandwich is worth enduring a lunchtime line to try again." - Tammie Teclemariam
