I had one of the best dining experiences in my many years in New York City at Barlume. The quality and creativity of the food were exceptional. We had the blue crab toast, the charred red pepper and walnut spread, the perfectly executed busiate pasta, and the grilled minute steak topped with a poached egg, each dish thoughtful, flavorful, and beautifully balanced.
The cocktails were just as impressive, the Neon Lights was crips and refreshing, and the Monte Carlo Old Fashioned was delicious and a perfect winter drink. Combined with outstanding and warm service by the manager Avery and our waitress Maria, and the warm, stylish ambience, Barlume delivers a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommended.
