"Cutlets Sandwich Co. is Richard Zaro's first independent venture, aiming to re-create classic chicken-cutlet heroes with better-than-average ingredients. The shop pivoted to an online delivery service from a closed kitchen in a Hell's Kitchen hotel. Featured ingredients include well-fried and generously crumbed cutlets, house-roasted turkey, thin and crisp eggplant cutlets, and customizable combos with a variety of add-ons."
