"At Chicha Cafetín I had the Bluefields Swizzle, a tropical, mellow purple swizzle made with four rums, banana liqueur, coconut oil, lime and a floater of butterfly-pea-flower tea, garnished with mint and a white-and-purple paper umbrella; it fades toward the bottom, looks unlike any cocktail I’d had (more like something from a bubble-tea shop or Indonesian restaurant) and runs about $12." - Chris Crowley
