"Watertrade is a cozy and dark cocktail bar attached to Otoko in the South Congress Hotel. There's a rather large selection of Japanese whiskey and sake, and we're big fans of the cocktails here (ask for the off-menu Old Fashioned). The small izakaya-style menu has dishes that range from crudos to grilled fish, and this is probably one of the very few places in the world where you can get caviar that comes with sansho-dusted Funyuns." - Raphael Brion
