"After a blurry Saturday night involving increasingly questionable espresso martinis at Balboa, Cow Hollow revelers can be found recovering at Rose’s Cafe. The all-day spot on Union is best known for its life-reviving brunch—mimosas, plenty of bacon, and no judgment for wearing sunglasses indoors. Focus on the crisp breakfast pizzas topped with eggs or smoked salmon, or the tarragon chicken sausage over a buttery mound of grits. It’s not the best brunch in the city, but it’s certainly a great option for the neighborhood. Plus, there’s a dog-friendly patio if any pets want to tag along. photo credit: Gaby Esensten photo credit: Gaby Esensten photo credit: Gaby Esensten" - Julia Chen
