"This Silver Lake coffee shop with funky wall art and blue tiles doesn't look much like a desert, but maybe they’re hoping the name will lure in thirsty people. The coffee drinks consist of just the usual lattes and cappuccinos, but the main thing here seems to be the smoothies, with names like J&PB and Macho Matcha Man (which packs 25 grams of protein). Food is coming soon, but for now, you'll find a small selection of pastries behind the counter. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Cathy Park
