"All you need to know about La Chingona Taqueria’s second location in West Seattle is that the fish tacos are fantastic—always order a few. Each soft corn tortilla is overstuffed with flaky cod covered in a crispy golden breading and drizzled with tangy chipotle dressing we could chug on its own. Some of the larger entrees miss the mark, like a birria skillet that seriously lacks salt and pork ribs in mole that trend a bit dry.
