"If you ever want to feel like a model doing a photoshoot for a high-end furniture catalog while you’re eating, the Black Lamb in the South End is a good place to go. This is a perfectly competent brasserie in the South End with nothing on the menu that’s bad, but nothing that’s particularly outstanding, either. It’s a good option if you’re looking for highly seasonal stuff, as in the summer, you can expect to see a menu filled with heirloom tomatoes, corn, and stone fruits. And it has a little oyster bar next to the dining room that’s a fun spot for a few drinks and small plates." - Dan Secatore
