Naturally, the fish and chips is a must–impossibly tender cod encased in a shell that’s somehow both delicate and crunchy, over a bed of perfect fries. And the oyster po’boy is beach day perfection in sandwich form. If you’re not feeling fish, roll with the crispy chicken katsu sandwich.
