Pinky Swear - Review - Lower East Side - New York - The Infatuation

"Pinky Swear claims to redefine “how we interact with art, food, drink, and space.” At the Lower East Side restaurant, LED tiles cycle through different colors, and there are five different areas, including a garden, a lounge, and a gallery, where guests can use tokens that come with drinks to unlock interactive art works. The chef previously ran Harry & Ida’s and Duck’s Eatery, and you'll find things like aged swordfish belly, smoked scallops and black walnut mousse on the menu. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Will Hartman
