Witch's Chicken - Review - Koreatown - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"There are many reasons to go to Galleria Market in Koreatown: fresh seafood, an entire self-serve banchan station, and more skincare products than we know what to do with. But the best reason of all is Witch’s Chicken. This easy-to-miss takeout counter near the supermarket's front registers specializes in Korean fried chicken with meat so juicy you’ll need a bib, and skin so crunchy it audibly crackles when you bite into a drumstick (they’re one of the few KFC places that lets you order just drumsticks). They mostly stick to traditional flavors, but along with their original chicken, we love the tangy-sweet “KBBQ spicy” with a side of mayo-y secret sauce for dipping." - Brant Cox
