"Brick Lane’s institution needs no introduction and nor do its golden beigels. The salt beef is the obvious choice—an enormous hunk smeared with watered-down English mustard and sliced gherkin. Given that it’s open 24 hours, expect to wipe mustard-induced tears from your eyes in the early hours of the morning at some point.
