"Turquoise’s long dining room is often full of so many couples, the only thing that rivals this Turkish restaurant is Noah’s Ark. You can find people side-by-side on a long couch digging into crispy, peppery lamacun or some Roscoe Village neighbors splitting a bottle of wine and tender beef-stuffed manti in tomato sauce while on a double date. But despite its bonafide date spot status, Turquoise is a solid choice for a sit-down dinner even if you’re not looking for romance.
