"Lazy Sundaes on the LES specializes in bingsoo made with uber soft, oat milk-based snow that resembles very finely grated cheese. There’s some counter seating and a handful of tables at this small but bright cafe, which has a few more locations in Manhattan and Dumbo. They sell seven different varieties of bingsoo, each around $10, made with your choice of organic dairy or vegan coconut condensed milk. The size is perfect for one person, and we particularly like the one with mango chunks and mochi.
