"Meeting up with someone you decidedly don’t want to eat a full dinner with? The Immigrant in the East Village is one of our favorite places to hang out these days for a drink and a snack. They have a rotating selection of wines by the glass listed on their chalkboard behind the bar (we recommend taking a picture when you first arrive and then leisurely zooming in on your phone at the table), as well as shareable cheese plates with grapes and crackers. Plus, the people watching on East 9th Street is stimulating enough to entertain you for at least 45 minutes." - Hannah Albertine, Nikko Duren
