"When you're in incognito mode and craving a big, hearty meal, Café Bourbon Street's Adair Park food truck is your opportunity to fill up with thick po’ boy sandwiches and crispy shrimp platters with minimal human interaction. The truck is hidden away in the low-key Windsor Square Market, where the chances of someone pointing out your bad hair day are pretty low. The chicken-stuffed jambalaya egg rolls are covered in sauce and the plump wings are coated with fiery seasoning, so be thankful there are no bystanders around when you start licking your fingers. The truck is only open on weekends (beignets are Sunday-only), so if the jambalaya jones hits midweek, you’ll need to head to their second location in Marietta Square Market." - jacinta howard, juli horsford
