Patio Restaurant

"Patio Restaurant in Little Italy is known for its Italian beef. But this cash-only, counter-service spot has a different definition of what makes a good Italian beef compared to the many other fine establishments in (and outside of) Chicago. The beef is sliced thick, and it’s dry and tough. Every bite feels like an eternity, and no amount of dipping or peppers helps the situation. There are other things to try on the menu (like the usual sausages and hot dogs) but we suggest visiting Al’s or Carm’s (both of which are nearby) for a great Italian beef instead." - Veda Kilaru
