"If there’s one dish we could eat every single day, it would be the salt and pepper chicken with scallion biscuits from Potluck Club. This restaurant on the Chinatown/LES border does fun, modern takes on Cantonese American cuisine in a space that feels like a chaotic movie theater in all the best ways.
