Jeff’s prepares all its sausages in-house, and no two are alike. New York-style fans will love the one with warm sauerkraut, sinus-tickling deli mustard, and a smoked beef link with a casing that pops, but we tend to go to Jeff’s for the riffs, like lamb merguez with harissa mayo and zhoug.
