The Best Fried Chicken In SF - San Francisco - The Infatuation

"We know, we said this guide is for traditional bone-in fried chicken, but we had to make an exception for Cracked And Battered. The halal daytime spot in Potrero Hill (and with another outpost in the Marina) serves their version as a deboned chicken thigh. It almost falls into being salty, but when paired with a bite of syrup-drenched waffle—which is the only way to eat this fried chicken as far as we’re concerned—it’s fantastic." - julia chen 1, patrick wong
