Seattle’s New Restaurant Openings

"The same folks who have blessed us with sake margarita slushies at Ridgewood Bottle & Tap have turned an old gas station and auto body shop into a neighborhood taphouse. And while Phinney Station has odes to the former business, they won't be doing oil changes. Instead, look for snacks like bulgogi fries and chicken quesadillas, frozen drinks courtesy of the Frostē Bar, and a rooftop deck.  We tried Phinney Station and added it to the Hit List.
