Café Petiole is an all-day, ‘mostly vegan’ spot with an adorable buttercup yellow colour scheme and 1930s tables and chairs. There are no reservations, but if we have to queue to try the espresso chocolate chip cookie, we will. There’ll also be interesting-sounding sandwiches, dips and breads, and salads.
