"So this South Asian-inspired spot isn’t technically new. Wazwan began as a pop-up, moved into a food hall, and now operates out of a virtual kitchen in downtown. But what is new is their incredible burger, which recently became a permanent addition to the menu. It’s two smash patties, habanero and ghost pepper cheese, halal bacon, sweet pickles, red onion, and a firm brioche bun. And it’s so good that after eating it we immediately put it on our best new burgers list. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
