"This Upper East Side Austrian restaurant has one of the newer hidden patios on the list. So even if you pride yourself in seeking out hard-to-find outdoor courtyards, it’s possible you haven’t been yet. To get to the backyard, you have to go past their Schwaller & Webber sausage stand on the street, down a flight of stairs, through a dining room, and up another set of stairs. What you’ll find on the other side is a confusingly rainforest-esque wonder. We’d recommend it the next time you’re looking for someplace unique uptown." - hannah albertine
