"Go to this Sunset cha chaan teng if you’re looking to dethrone Joey Chestnut. Not with hot dogs or water-dipped buns, but with stomach-stretching portions of Hong Kong-style diner classics. Entrees like the baked seafood over rice and fried fish fillets spill over their plates, and basically require asking for a to-go box as soon as you sit down. More than enough on their own, these daily specials also come with a bowl of macaroni soup, milk tea, and a silver-plated saucer of green Jell-O. Getting a seat is usually no issue, though the restaurant is often at least half full with families at any time of day. And while service isn’t as quick as other Hong Kong-style cafes, you can still get in and out in less than 30 minutes. video credit: Patrick Wong" - Patrick Wong
