Momi Nonmi - Review - Inman Square - Boston - The Infatuation
"Momi Nonmi is a Japanese-Hawaiian izakaya, which means, in theory, it’s supposed to be a fun place to eat grilled skewers of meat and drink plenty of sake with large groups of friends. While you can certainly do both of those things, we have been disappointed by our experiences here. The skewers are pricey at $8 for two and don’t have much flavor (the huli huli chicken is a prime example). The sashimi is equally costly and disappointing. The best things on the menu are the homemade spam musubi and the sake selection. At the end of the night, the staff will ask you to sign a sake bottle so they can place it at their front window, but you might not want the general public to know you’ve eaten here." - Joel Ang
