"Tokyo Hamburg is the only place we know in town where you cook your own burgers on a hot stone at your table while consuming copious amounts of sake and beer and shouting at each other over J-Pop blasting on the speakers. The smash-your-own-burger thing seems a little gimmicky, but the meat is high quality, the music is a ton of fun, and the beer is cheap.
