"Southeast Portland’s favorite $1 oyster Happy Hour spot moved into the skinny La Moule space in 2024. Thankfully, they kept the framed Steve Zissou picture, added white subway tiles to the bar and topped it off with handsome maple wood. To call Jacqueline a raw bar undersells larger fish preparations like the whole-grilled branzino, spiced up with Jimmy Nardellos and smoky cashew salsa macha, or the wonderfully beefy steak tartare mixed with smoked oyster aioli.
