"With the speed of an HGTV renovation, Temaki Society popped up in the previous Fabby’s Sandwicherie space weeks after its predecessor closed. The counter-service space attached to The Grayson in DTLA is now home to a hand roll bar where temaki topped with things like uni and jalapeño marmalade or soy-marinated shrimp wand kimchi are served on nori sheets like tacos (i.e., you fold them together and shove them into your mouth).
