"If the name didn’t give it away, Nashfin is all about Nashville-style fried fish sandwiches. This Silver Lake food truck is doing sliders, full-sized sandwiches, and fish tenders coated in a crunchy, cayenne-spiced breading. The spice levels follow a chart that looks similar to the one at Howlin’ Rays, going from “country” to “finisher reaper,” the latter of which you’ll need to sign a waiver to order.
