The Chongqing chicken, crisp and delightful already, comes with little fried dough twists that add another crunchy dimension to the dish. The specialty here - shrimp, scallops, crab stick, and fried chicken served in a shovelhead - may seem a bit gimmicky at first, but the wonderful smoky and spicy flavors more than make up for it.
