"Polari is the kind of informal place we want to go pretty much every night for a quick drink and a bite—before dinner, after dinner, or even for dinner. Steps from Jarry Park, the shared wooden tables in this repurposed former garage fill up fast, but standing with a drink is perfectly acceptable, too. Start with a vermut-soda or bubbles, or make your way down the very affordable wine list, with options ranging from Québec to California and Portugal to Austria.
